staffing to our clients with the same quality service they would expect

Spectra Temps® chooses candidates with the skills you

skills testing, and referencing in order to deliver a qualified candidate
to fill your position.
Spectra
Temps® tests candidates' expertise in 10 different types of computer software
in DOS and Windows, legal terminology, and math and grammar as well as specialized
skills when necessary.
Our system of choice is "The Qwiz Testing & Training
System, Inc." The quiz allows us to thoroughly test the candidates depth
of knowledge in Access, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPerfect 6.0, and
Lotus using Windows. These tests are calculated on a percent correct score
and designates beginner, intermediate and advanced level questions. Data
and keyboarding is scored for speed and error rate.
